Refund Terms.

This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds and cancellations are handled for paid services offered by FEDHUBS, namely Fedhubs Pro and Fedhubs Pro+. By subscribing to our services, you agree to this policy.

1. Free Services – No Charges

The use of Fedhubs by end users is completely free. No payment is required, and no refund is applicable.

2. Fedhubs Pro and Fedhubs Pro+ Subscriptions

Fedhubs Pro and Fedhubs Pro+ are paid subscription services. Pro+ includes a 14-day free trial.

Refund Policy

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for Fedhubs Pro or Fedhubs Pro+ subscriptions.

By subscribing to our paid services, you acknowledge and accept that all payments are non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind
• Lack of use of the service
• Dissatisfaction with features
• Technical issues on your end

We encourage you to take advantage of the free trial period (for Pro+) or the free plan (for Pro) before committing to a paid subscription.

Cancellation

• You can cancel your subscription at any time through your billing portal (Stripe or PayPal).
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
• You will retain access to paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for.
• No refund will be issued for the remaining time in your current billing period.

3. Exceptions

Refunds may only be issued in the following exceptional cases:

• Duplicate charges or billing errors on our part
• Fraudulent charges made without your authorization
