Refund Terms.

This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds and cancellations are handled for paid services offered by Digimonde Private Limited, namely Fedhubs Pro and Fedhubs Pro+.

By subscribing to our services, you agree to this policy.

1. Free Services – No Charges

The use of Fedhubs by end users is completely free. No payment is required, and no refund is applicable.

2. Fedhubs Pro

Fedhubs Pro offers a freemium model. Paid features may be activated via subscription managed by Lemonsqueezy, our Merchant of Record.

Refund Conditions:

• Since there is no trial period currently, refunds are generally not issued after payment.
• If you believe you were charged in error, you may request a refund within 7 days of payment.
• All refund requests are handled by Lemonsqueezy support and must follow their refund rules.

Cancellation:

• You can cancel your subscription at any time through the Lemonsqueezy payment portal.
• Cancellation prevents future charges but does not entitle you to a refund for past payments.

3. Fedhubs Pro+

Fedhubs Pro+ includes a 14-day free trial. After the trial, a subscription fee applies.

Refund Conditions:

• If you cancel before the end of the trial, you will not be charged.
• Once billed, refunds are not automatically granted, except in cases of billing error or technical failure.
• You may contact us within 7 days of charge to request a review.

Cancellation:

• You can cancel your subscription directly via your Stripe billing portal.
• Cancellation is immediate and prevents future charges. It does not retroactively refund past payments.

4. How to Request a Refund

5. Exceptions

Refunds are not provided for:

• Unused time in your current billing period
• Change of mind
• Poor performance not due to a technical fault

6. EU Consumer Rights

Under EU law, you may have the right to withdraw from a digital contract within 14 days only if the service has not been used. If the service has been accessed or used, this right no longer applies.

By using Fedhubs Pro or Pro+, you expressly agree to immediate access to digital content, and waive your withdrawal right as per Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
