Fedhubs Pro+ enables advanced referral tracking, customer analytics, and loyalty management across one or more locations belonging to a single business.

1. Roles and Responsibility

• Digimonde Private Limited acts as a data processor for all data collected and processed via Fedhubs Pro+
• The business subscribing to Fedhubs Pro+ is the data controller, responsible for compliance with local data protection laws
• This policy applies exclusively to the Fedhubs Pro+ service. If you use Fedhubs Pro (free version), see the Fedhubs Pro Privacy Policy.

2. What Data Is Collected

Fedhubs Pro+ may process the following categories of data:

Fedhubs Pro+ processes data to:

• Attribute referrals and track ambassador/filleul activity
• Power a fully digital word-of-mouth system without requiring logins
• Generate aggregated dashboards and engagement analytics
• Distribute and track local credits or coupons issued by the business
• Enable recognition and validation of in-store interactions via QR or OTR scans

These functionalities are specific to Fedhubs Pro+ and are not included in the freemium version (Fedhubs Pro).

4. Data Source

Data may come from:

• QR or OTR scans performed by customers
• Recommendations received via the platform (email-linked)
• Manual import of contact or history by the business account
• In-app or web-based interactions (for participating users)

5. Data Retention

6. Merchant Responsibility

As a business using Fedhubs Pro+, you are responsible for:

• Ensuring a lawful basis for collecting and using customer data (e.g. legitimate interest, consent)
• Providing your own privacy disclosures if required by law
• Responding to customer data requests (access, deletion, correction)

Fedlabs only acts as a technical enabler and never reuses or sells your data.

7. Security and Hosting

• All data is stored on GDPR-compliant EU infrastructure
• Data is encrypted in transit and at rest
• Daily backups and role-based access are enforced

8. International Transfers

If any subprocessor operates outside the EU (e.g., for email or notifications), we ensure compliance via Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or equivalent.

9. Your Rights

You may request at any time:

• Access or export of your business data
• Deletion or correction
• A list of subprocessors used
• A signed DPA (Data Processing Agreement)
