These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Fedhubs Pro, a SaaS platform designed for local businesses to engage customers, track recommendations, and promote loyalty.

By signing up for Fedhubs Pro, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

1. Service Description

Fedhubs Pro is a professional platform for:

• Receiving recommendations from customers
• Tracking leads and engagement from social or in-store activity
• Managing a basic loyalty system (points, feedback)
• Accessing business analytics and notifications
• Being listed and visible on the Fedhubs discovery ecosystem

The platform includes:

• A free plan with core features
• A paid subscription with premium capabilities, billed via Paddle (our payment processor)

2. Account and Access

• Each Fedhubs Pro account is intended for a single business location
• If you operate multiple venues, you must register each separately
• You may add team members to help manage your account (e.g. manager, assistant)

3. Subscription and Billing

The premium version of Fedhubs Pro is billed via Paddle, acting as our Merchant of Record.

• Your subscription is billed monthly or annually, depending on your choice
• You can cancel your subscription any time via Paddle’s billing portal
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• Refunds are not provided unless due to billing error (see Refund Policy)
• Your access to premium features is revoked if payment fails or your subscription expires.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Fedhubs Pro for any business you do not own or manage
• Misuse leads, emails, or feedback data
• Scrape or attempt to extract data from Fedhubs or other businesses
• Attempt to sub-license or resell the service
• Manipulate reviews or recommendations

We reserve the right to suspend access in case of abuse.

5. Business Data and Leads

Fedhubs Pro enables you to:

• Receive leads based on customer activity (recommendations, visits)
• Access notifications about profile views and interactions
• Review feedback submitted by your customers

These features are designed to support real business relationships. You are responsible for handling leads in compliance with GDPR and local marketing laws.

6. Termination and Deletion

• You may close your account at any time via your dashboard or by emailing support
• We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or violate applicable law
• Upon termination, your data may be deleted permanently after a reasonable period

7. Disclaimer

Digimonde Private Limited does not guarantee:

• That recommendations will convert into sales
• Continuous uptime or error-free performance
• Any specific result from using the service

You use Fedhubs Pro at your own risk.

8. Intellectual Property

All elements of the Platform (logos, trademarks, code, texts, etc.) are protected by intellectual property law. These elements are the exclusive property of the Inventor and are operated under license by Digimonde Private Limited. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or modification of these elements is strictly prohibited.

9. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Major changes will be announced via the dashboard or by email. Continued use of the service means you accept the new Terms.

10. Governing Law and Contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.

All disputes shall be resolved by the courts of Colombo, Sri Lanka, unless mandatory law in your country applies otherwise.
