These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Fedhubs Pro+, a premium SaaS platform designed for businesses seeking advanced customer engagement, loyalty tracking, and analytics features.

By subscribing to Fedhubs Pro+, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

1. Service Description

Fedhubs Pro+ is a professional subscription-based service that offers:

• Centralized dashboards for managing multiple physical locations
• Loyalty and reward system configuration
• Social recommendation analytics and tracking
• Customer referral attribution and engagement monitoring
• Integration with the Fedhubs ecosystem

Each subscription is intended for use by a single business entity, even if that entity operates multiple establishments.

2. Account Access and Team Members

• One Fedhubs Pro+ account may include multiple locations or branches if owned by the same client
• You may add team members (e.g., staff, consultants) with restricted access to assist in account management
• Team members are bound by these Terms

Each business must maintain its own subscription. Accounts may not be shared between unrelated commercial entities.

3. Use of the Platform

You agree to use Fedhubs Pro+ for lawful business purposes only. You may not:

• Use the platform for businesses you do not own or control
• Sub-license, resell, or provide third-party access to unrelated clients
• Reverse-engineer, replicate, or clone the platform
• Engage in fraud, reward abuse, or fake customer activity

4. Billing and Payment

Fedhubs Pro+ is billed through our selected payment processor (e.g., Stripe or LemonSqueezy). Subscription fees:

• Are due in advance of each billing cycle
• Are non-refundable except in case of billing error
• May be subject to tax depending on your location

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing portal. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.

5. Data and Customer Insights

Fedhubs Pro+ provides tools to track recommendations, scans, customer engagement, and loyalty rewards.

You acknowledge that:

• You are the data controller for any customer data you collect via the platform
• Digimonde Private Limited is the processor and facilitator, and does not own the data
• You must comply with all data protection laws applicable in your country (e.g., GDPR)

6. Termination and Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if:

• You breach these Terms
• You engage in harmful or abusive behavior toward our services
• Your payment fails and is not corrected within 10 days

You may terminate your account at any time via your billing portal.

7. Limitation of Liability

Digimonde Private Limited shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits, business, or customer data
• Indirect or incidental damages
• Service interruptions or bugs beyond our control

You use Fedhubs Pro+ as-is, with no guarantee of uninterrupted access or result.

8. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Any major changes will be communicated via the platform. Continued use implies acceptance of the new version.

9. Governing Law and Contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.

Unless otherwise required by applicable consumer law, all disputes shall be resolved by the courts of Colombo, Sri Lanka.
