Terms of Service - Fedhubs.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Fedhubs platform ("Platform").

Fedhubs is a digital tool that helps users discover and recommend local businesses, explore events, access exclusive offers, and participate in loyalty programs and social challenges.

By using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

1. What Is Fedhubs?

Fedhubs allows you to:

• Discover businesses and their digital profiles
• Recommend your favorite spots to friends and contacts
• Earn points for interactions and referrals
• View upcoming events and exclusive offers
• Join merchant-managed loyalty programs
• Make free, non-binding reservations

Fedhubs works with or without an account. Your email serves as a unique identifier for your interactions.

2. Definitions

• User: Any person using the Platform for personal, non-commercial use.
• Partner Merchant: A business listed on Fedhubs offering Offers and loyalty services.
• Offer: Any product, event, service, reward, or booking available on the Platform.
• Reservation: A free digital booking request made via Fedhubs.
• Points: Non-monetary rewards earned through usage and referrals.

3. Access and Eligibility

The Platform is available to individuals aged 16+ in French-speaking regions of Europe. It is free to use. Access may be suspended temporarily for maintenance or updates.

4. Recommendations and Points

• You can recommend businesses via SMS, link, or QR code
• If the person you refer interacts or visits the place, you earn points
• Your interactions are saved via your email – no login is required
• You may also receive points or badges through quests and actions

Points and titles have no monetary value, and Fedhubs may adjust them at any time without compensation.

5. Loyalty and Reward Programs

Some Partner Merchants offer loyalty schemes. These may include:

• Discounted products or services
• Accumulation of points managed by the business
• Access to exclusive promotions

Fedhubs only provides the interface. All rules, rewards, and issues are the sole responsibility of the merchant.

5bis. Credit and Reward Systems

Some merchants may reward you with local credits, coupons, or instant perks (e.g., discounts, free items) after an interaction.

These rewards:

• Are fully managed by the Partner Merchant
• May have their own conversion rules, expiration limits, or usage conditions
• Are not issued, guaranteed, or endorsed by Fedhubs

Fedhubs acts only as a digital facilitator. We are not liable for the value, delivery, or availability of any merchant-managed credit or reward.

Any dispute must be addressed directly to the business that issued the benefit.

6. Reservations

Reservations via Fedhubs are:

• Free, non-binding, and optional
• Subject to merchant approval
• Confirmed or declined via notification

You may cancel a reservation up to 1 hour before the scheduled time. Merchants may cancel up to 3 hours before. Fedhubs does not process any payment for reservations.

7. Ratings and Comments

You may rate merchants after a visit. Reviews must:

• Be respectful and based on real experience
• Not contain spam, fake content, or legal violations

Fedhubs may publish, moderate, or delete comments at its discretion.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Post fake recommendations or abuse point systems
• Pretend to be someone else
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the Platform
• Spam merchants or users
• Use the service for any unlawful activity

Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or deletion of your data.

9. Content Accuracy and Third-Party Responsibility

Offers and descriptions are submitted by Partner Merchants. Fedhubs cannot guarantee:

• Accuracy of prices, allergens, or availability
• Quality of service or products
• Validity of external links

All transactions and experiences are your sole responsibility.

10. Intellectual Property

All elements of the Platform (logos, trademarks, code, texts, etc.) are protected by intellectual property law. These elements are the exclusive property of the Inventor and are operated under license by Digimonde Private Limited. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or modification of these elements is strictly prohibited.

11. Changes to the Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. You will be notified of major changes via the Platform.

Continued use constitutes acceptance of the new version.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.

Unless required otherwise by applicable consumer law, all disputes shall be resolved by the courts of Colombo, Sri Lanka.
